VemSpace
VemSpace is the IoT module of the Vemco platform, developed in-house, and it turns indoor air quality into data you can report, compare and act on.

Carbon dioxide is the most direct indicator of whether ventilation keeps up with the number of people in a room. Rising CO2 is linked to tiredness and lower concentration. Combine CO2 monitoring with live occupancy to ventilate on demand instead of on a timer.
CO is colourless and odourless, and relevant wherever there is combustion nearby: car parks, loading bays, kitchens and plant rooms. VemSpace raises an alert the moment a threshold you define is crossed.
Fine and coarse particulates come from traffic, construction, cooking and outdoor pollution drawn in through the ventilation system. They are the parameters most often requested in healthy building schemes and the ones filters are judged on.
Total volatile organic compounds are released by furniture, paint, cleaning agents and fit-out materials. Tracking TVOC shows whether a new fit-out is off-gassing and whether the cleaning routine affects the air people breathe.
Ozone enters from outside and is produced by some printers and air cleaning equipment. The electrochemical ozone cell has a defined service life, so replacement is planned into the service cycle instead of being discovered when the data drifts.
Temperature and relative humidity drive comfort complaints, mould risk and energy use. Logged continuously per zone, a temperature and humidity monitoring system shows where HVAC overcools, overheats or runs for empty rooms.
Cold storage temperature monitoring for cold rooms, archives, laboratories and vaults uses separate temperature and humidity points with probes rated down to -40 °C and the transmitter placed outside the chamber. You get continuous logging and alarms without opening the door.

Every monitoring point is delivered with a traceable factory calibration certificate from the manufacturer, along with the radio type approvals and conformity documents required in your market. Annual recalibration and performance verification keep the data defensible year after year, and all readings can be exported or pulled through the API for your ESG reporting.
