What is the difference between Vemtrack and Vemcount?
While Vemcount is our main product and the name of our software, Vemtrack is an additional purchase for businesses wishing to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the full customer journey. Fundamentally, Vemcount only requires a sensor at the entrance to your facility for in/out counting and live inside insights, whereas Vemtrack would require multiple sensors all around your facility.
How many sensors are needed to get a full tracking solution?
This depends on the size and ceiling height of your facility. Our specialized team will calculate how many sensors are needed to cover your business and its needs. Note, however, that a full tracking solution requires more sensors than simple in/out counting. The solution requires sensors all over your space in addition to the ones placed at your entrance and/or exit.
