The Tenant role gives store operators and retail tenants access to their own location's visitor and sales data, revenue benchmarks, and monthly sales submission tools. Tenants cannot access system settings, sensor configuration, or other tenants' individual data.

What tenants can access

Submitting monthly sales data

Path: Tenant → Sales Data → + Add sales data

Log in at app.vemcogroup.com.
Navigate to Tenant → Sales Data.
Locate the row for the relevant month (e.g. May 2026).
Click the empty cell or + Add sales data.
Enter your total net turnover for the month (confirm with your mall manager whether VAT-inclusive or exclusive).
Verify the amount and click Submit.
Confirm the status changes to Submitted (green).

Deadline: The submission deadline is typically the 10th of each following month. Late submissions may affect rent calculations. To correct a submitted figure, click the entry → Edit → enter the corrected value → add a note → Save.

Frequently asked questions

I submitted the wrong figure — can I correct it?

Yes. Tenant → Sales Data → click the entry → Edit. Add a note explaining the correction.

Is my sales data visible to other tenants?

No. Individual figures are strictly confidential. Other tenants only see aggregated benchmarks.

My location doesn't appear in Mall Statistics

Your location may not be assigned to the industry group. Contact your mall manager.

I can't see previous months' data

Check the date range filter at the top of the Sales Data page.
