Custom report builder (4 steps)

• 1 · Source — pick locations from the company/location tree

• 2 · Metrics — what to measure (Visitors entering, Turnover, Conversion rate, etc.)

• 3 · Periods & Data Setup — period picker, compare period, exclude dates, opening hours (24h / predefined / custom), interval and value

• 4 · Graph Visuals (optional) — chart type, colours, layout

Footfall & sales prediction (forecast)

When the period is Today, This week or This month, a "Show prediction" toggle appears. Enabled, the report shows two-tone forecast bars: actual data (dark) for elapsed days plus predicted data (light) for the remaining days, with both values in the legend. The toggle does not appear for historical periods like Last week or Last month — only for current periods with days left to forecast.

Snap reports (one-click)

Pre-built templates, chosen in two steps (pick a template, then pick location + date). Templates:

• Visitor insights — traffic patterns, engagement, timing

• Revenue overview — conversion and spend timing

• Dwell & queue — dwell, queue length, wait time, congestion

• Tenant insights — tenant footfall, duration, entrance rankings, sales hotspots

• Location leaderboard — busiest to best-selling, top 10

• Space usage — occupancy trends, zone utilisation

• General performance overview — multi-location, multi-KPI

Folders & sharing

Organise reports into nested folders (+ Create > New folder). Share per report via the three-dot menu > Share, picking team members. Shared reports appear in the recipient's "Shared with me" and are view + export only — recipients cannot edit or delete. The same principle applies to shared dashboards.
