Milesight sensor model reference
This article documents all Milesight people sensing and IoT sensor models relevant to Vemcount integrations — including models available now and those in the Milesight product roadmap. For full setup guides, follow the links per model.
People counting sensors
VS133 / VS135 | AI ToF (Time of Flight) people counting sensor. Overhead mounting. LoRaWAN (VS133) or Ethernet HTTP push (VS133-P). Most common Vemcount integration. Setup guide → |
VS125 Series | AI Stereo Vision 3D people counter. High-accuracy bi-directional counting for entrances and retail. Ceiling mount. |
VS126 | AI Ultra High-Mount people counter. Designed for high ceilings (up to 10m+). Not available in LoRaWAN version — Ethernet only. |
VS350 | Passage people counter. Battery-powered dual-PIR, LoRaWAN. Up to 4-year battery life. GDPR-compliant (no camera). Setup guide → |
VS351 | Mini AI Thermopile people counter. Compact form factor for narrow doorways. |
VS360 | IR Breakbeam people counter. Simple bi-directional beam-break counting for narrow passages. |
VS361 | Storefront Footfall Sensor. Designed for tracking passerby traffic at shopfront windows. Ethernet only. |
Occupancy sensors
VS121 | AI Workplace Occupancy Sensor. Detects presence at individual desks or seats. Used with Vemcount Presence Overview widget for smart office desk monitoring. |
VS321 | Wireless AI Occupancy Sensor. Similar to VS121 but fully wireless. Room and zone occupancy. |
VS340 / VS341 | Desk & Seat Occupancy Sensor. Dedicated sensor for detecting whether a specific desk or seat is occupied. Low power LoRaWAN. |
VS370 | Radar Human Presence Sensor. Detects presence using radar — works through non-metallic surfaces and in complete darkness. |
VS373 | Radar Fall Detection Sensor. Detects falls in bathrooms, care facilities, or alone-worker scenarios. |
VS330 | Bathroom Occupancy Sensor. Privacy-safe occupancy detection for restrooms. |
Environment / IoT sensors
WS302 | Sound Level Sensor. Measures ambient dB(A) levels. Used with Vemcount Realtime widget. Setup guide → |
AM103 / AM300 Series | Indoor Air Quality sensors. Measure CO2, temperature, humidity, TVOC, PM2.5. Can be displayed on Vemcount Realtime widget. |
LoRaWAN gateways
UG65 | Indoor LoRaWAN gateway. Most common Vemcount partner gateway. Up to 8-channel. Setup guide → |
UG67 | Outdoor LoRaWAN gateway. IP67-rated for exterior mounting. |
SG50 | Solar-powered ultra-low power gateway. For locations without power infrastructure. |
UG56 | Industrial LoRaWAN gateway. 8-channel, DIN-rail mountable. |
UG63 | Mini LoRaWAN gateway. Compact form, suitable for small deployments. |
Connectivity summary
LoRaWAN (wireless) | VS133, VS350, VS351, VS360, VS121, VS340/341, VS370, WS302, AM series — require a Milesight gateway configured to push to Vemcount (ttn.vemcount.app UDP 1700) |
Ethernet / HTTP push (wired) | VS133-P, VS125, VS126, VS361 — push directly to data.vemcount.com TCP 443 |
