Health Issues overview

Path: Settings gear > Health Issues. Platform-wide list of active issues. Filters: company, type, filter/reset. Columns: Health Issue type, Error Started, Last Checked, Health Issue Item (MAC/location). Issues are grouped by company.

Health Check configuration

Path: Companies > [Company] > Health Checks. Per-company alert rules — each check has a source scope, notifications, and one or more rules.

• Name

• Source — Source Type (Locations/All) + multi-select location picker

• Notifications — email recipients, "Group notifications by location", "Notify users connected to the location"

• Rules — rule dropdown + operator + value + %, "Send notification once", Select Days, Timezone; "+ Add rule" for multiple rules per check
