Vemco Group has acquired a majority stake in Spanish software company TecBrain, a pioneer in property management solutions since 1995. TecBrain has developed one of the most widely used property management systems for shopping centers and leasing companies, deployed by more than 80% of shopping centers across Spain and South America.
With this acquisition, Vemco Group strengthens its position in the Spanish market and expands its global footprint, bringing in nine new colleagues with deep expertise in property management. TecBrain’s platform, formerly known as tbGold365, will be rebranded as VemLease, consolidating all property and lease management processes - from contract administration and rent collection to reporting and portfolio management - and tailored specifically for shopping centers and landlords.
In addition, Vemco is preparing the launch of VemSpace, a new module that transforms buildings into smart buildings by integrating occupancy management with IoT solutions, enabling landlords, property managers, and facility operators to optimize space, energy consumption, comfort, and operations in real time.

2025 has been a strong investment year for Vemco Group A/S.
