Assign user permissions

User permissions can added to user accounts using the following methods:

1. When creating a user account and setting permissions individually
2. When creating a user account and setting user permissions using a role
3. Edit an existing user account and setting the permissions individually
4. Edit an existing user account and setting the permissions using a role
