How to share dashboards with other users or roles within the system
A dashboard can be shared to user roles and/or user accounts. This is useful when multiple users need to access the same dashboard.To be able to share to user roles, it is important that user roles are created and user accounts are assigned roles be
- Login to Vemcount.
- Select dashboard view by selecting 'Dashboards' in the top menu.
- Select the appropriate dashboard to share in the Dashboard selector dropdown list.
- When the dashboard is displayed, select the 3 dot icon in the dashboard menu and select 'Share' in the dropdown list.
- In the ‘Share Dashboard’ window, select the users and/or user roles in the drop down list
- Select 'Save' button.
