Set up Scheduled email reports

How to schedule a report to be sent out frequently

In order for you to set up a scheduled report on email, you need to make sure that you have already created a report which you want to set up as a scheduled report.

The report needs to be created and saved within the user account.

When setting up the scheduled report, the report you're choosing would preferable have a period that is continuous for example, Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month. 

Create an automated report by following the below steps:

  1. Login to Vemco
  2. Select Reports view by selecting ‘ Reports’ in the top menu
  3. Click ‘Create’ button on the top left corner and click ‘New scheduled email report’ to set up a new automated export report
    1. Name (Name of the export report)
    2. Timezone (Timezone of your location)
    3. Send interval (how often you want to receive the report)
    4. Send time (time of the day receiving the report)
    5. Weekdays (select the day you want to receive the report)
    6. Export type (Excel or PDF)
    7. Email message (create a custom message on the email)
    8. Reports (select the reports/s you want to set for automation)
    9. Select user (users already created in vemco) If they are not a user, you can type email in manually.

  4. Click save and your automated report is created. Within the 'Scheduled Email Reports' tab you can see a list of your export reports and users can edit and amend anytime.
