Metric widget

View numeric data from various sources over a selected time period

  1. On the dashboard page, click the blue plus sign in the top-right corner, then select "Add widget."

  2. In the widget selection window, choose the "Metric" widget.

  3. In the "Metric" dropdown, select the type of data you want to display.

  4. In the "Source" dropdown, choose the data source for the metric.

  5. In the "Period" dropdown, select the time period for the displayed data.

  6. (Optional) In the "Compare" dropdown, select a previous time period if you'd like to compare data.

  7. Enter "Opening hours" and specify a timeframe for the data. Tip: For 24/7 data, enter "00:00" in both fields. However, consider excluding non-customer-related hours if they’re not relevant.

  8. (Optional) Enable overlapping if needed.

  9. Click "Next" to proceed to the widget layout.

  10. Enter a title (required) and an optional description for your widget.

  11. (Optional) Adjust size and color. Recommended size for a metric widget is width: 1, height: 1.

  12. Click "Save"—your new widget will now appear on your dashboard. Tip: A good title for the metric widget could reflect the chosen period, such as "This week."
