How to schedule sending a report
- Login to your Vemcount account and go to the Report on side menu.
- Click on the “New data selection” option to create a new report.
- Choose the source category such as location, entrance, zone or tag for which you want to create a report.
- Select the source name that you want to include in your report, and set the time interval and period.
- Choose the metrics that you want to see in your report such as footfall data, dwell time data or queue statistics.
- Under the “Report options” section, choose the desired report options such as including or excluding graph/table overview, grouping by interval and metric, comparing periods, and showing difference instead of index.
- Click on the “Apply” button to generate the report.
- Click on the “Save Report” button to name the report.
- To schedule sending the report to an email address, go to the Manage export tab on the side menu.
- Click on the “+” button to add a new export task.
- Choose the export type as Excel & PDF for daily, weekly or monthly reports sent to the customer’s email.
- Select the labels that you need for your report, and choose the days, export hours, sensor interval time and send file interval time.
- Select the users or enter the email address where you want to send the report.
- Save the configuration and test the report by clicking on the arrow next to the name and choosing “Manual export” option.
