      Forgot password

      If a user has forgotten their password, the following steps can be taken to get back into their account.

      1. Open a web browser on your device (Google Chrome is preferred)
      2. Go to the login page https://vemcount.app/login
      3. Select the 'Forgot?' link
      4. Enter the email address associated with your user account
      5. Select 'Send password reset link'

      A password reset email will be sent to the email address with a password reset link.
