Reading your widgets

Live Inside

The large blue number shows how many people are inside the store right now. Updates every few seconds. Use to judge how busy the store is at any moment.

Visitors Today Per Hour

Bar chart showing visitor arrivals by hour today. Taller bar = busier hour. Use to identify peak times (typically 14:00–17:00).

Visitors Today

Total visitor count for today. A single quick daily total.

KPI Target

Shows current vs. target. A red negative % means below target; green means target reached. Set by your manager.

Live Queue

People currently waiting in a specific queue + average wait time in seconds. If high, notify your supervisor.

Age & Gender

Approximate demographic breakdown of today's visitors. Calculated automatically by AI sensors — no personal data is stored.

Top / Bottom Locations

Ranked list of locations by visitor count today. % in brackets = that store's share of total traffic.

Changing the date range

Click the 📅 calendar icon in the dashboard toolbar (top-right) to change the time period across all widgets: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last 30 Days, or Custom Range.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my widget say 'Sample data'?

Sample data appears when a sensor is not yet connected or is in test mode. Contact your Administrator.

Dashboard shows 0 visitors but store is open

The sensor may be offline. Notify your store manager or Administrator to check Health Issues.

Live Inside count seems wrong

The system counts entries and exits separately. If a sensor missed an exit event, the count may lag. It self-corrects over time. Admins can reset the counter manually.

How do I change the language?

Click your avatar (top-right corner) → Profile → Language setting.

How do I log out?

Click your avatar (top-right corner) → Log out.

Can I see other stores' data?

Only if your Administrator has granted you that access. By default, users see only their assigned locations.
