Platform overview & scale

Internal reference — super-admin and partner functions. Not for end customers.

Vemcount is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for people counting, visitor analytics, and IoT-based space management. It serves end customers (retailers, malls, offices, facilities) and white-label partners from one codebase, with per-brand theming and feature control.

What the platform manages

  • Users across many companies, with roles, permissions and location scoping.

  • Locations / shops grouped under companies, with groups and tags for organisation.

  • Sensors from many vendors (Xovis, Brickstream, Axis, Hikvision, Hanwha, Eurecam, Elsys and others), connected over multiple protocols.

  • Subscriptions & licences — one licence per sensor (ARR), tracked centrally.

  • White-label brands — each with its own login domain, theming and feature toggles.

  • Infrastructure — on-premises servers, cloud servers, LoRaWAN gateways and display screens.

Multi-tenant model

The hierarchy is Company → Location → Sensor, with users assigned at company or location level. A super-admin account (Vemco HQ) sees across all companies; a partner or customer admin sees only their own scope. White-label brands sit on top, controlling what a given set of companies' users can see and access. Currency and exchange-rate handling is built in, with live daily rates, so turnover and sales figures can be reported per region.

For current platform metrics (user counts, sensor counts, licence usage, email/SMS volume, server status), use the Services dashboard inside the platform — those figures change constantly and are not duplicated here.
